You See Your Design Before We Build It
Every page is designed in Figma and shown to you first, with up to five rounds of changes. Nothing is built until you approve it, so there are no surprises on launch day. You can comment on colours, wording and layout while they are still easy to change, rather than after the website is live. Our website design page shows how each step of the process works.
Our Prices Are Published
Many agencies only quote after a sales call. Our web design packages list the price and what each package includes, from a one-page landing page to a full website, so you can plan your budget before we speak. Prices are net, with no GST added. If your project needs something the packages do not cover, we quote it in writing before any work begins.
Your Website Belongs to You
The hosting and domain are registered under your own account, not ours. If you ever decide to move on, the website stays with your business. For a .sg address, the Singapore Network Information Centre keeps the registry, and the domain is registered in your company’s name. Every website also comes with six weeks of support after handover, so small fixes after launch are covered.
This matters more than it sounds. Some businesses only discover, years later, that their website, hosting or domain sits in a former agency’s account, and that moving it means asking for logins that nobody can find. Registering everything in your name from day one means you can change provider, add a staff member or move to new hosting whenever you choose, without needing our permission.

Can you write the words for my website?
Usually you supply the text, because you know your business best, and we place it into the design and tidy it up. If you would rather not write it yourself, our team offers content writing as a separate service.
Do I need to know anything technical to work with you?
No. We explain each step in plain language and handle the technical setup ourselves, from the hosting to the pages Google reads. You only need to know your business, your customers and what you want the website to do.
Can you help if my business has no logo yet?
Yes. We can design your logo as a separate service before the website starts, so the colours and style of the website are built around it. If you already have a logo, we design around the one you use.
Do you work with businesses that already have a website?
Yes. Many clients come to us with a website that looks dated or brings in few enquiries. We review what works, keep what we can, and redesign the rest, following the same process as a new website.
